Rate Information Available through Information Connection for Community Rated Groups
Your groups will receive their Annual Rate Notices (ARNs) at the end of October. Also, at the end of October, you will be able to access the Monthly Rate Summary report through Information Connection with your January 2021 renewals.
This includes:
- Small Group Products
- Individual
Medicare Advantage, Simply Prescription and Dental prospective pooled group notices and rates will be issued and viewable in Information Connection later in the year.
If you need:
- A PDF copy of the actual Annual Rate Notification, please contact your account consultant.
- Access to your full book of business, including experience-rated and self-insured groups, please pull your Book of Business report that is available with your commission statement.
- Rates and benefits for your Direct Pay members go to Univera on Demand and select the Individual & Families Tab, enter the county and shop for medical plans.
- To set up additional users within Information Connection, you will need to complete a User Request Form. Contact your Account Consultant or Broker.
