In 2026, we will be eliminating the current tiered commission structure for pharmacy broker commissions. We will be changing to a flat Per Script Per Member (PSPM) payment regardless of group effective date (unless a custom arrangement is agreed upon during the sale).
Additionally, the 2026 retention bonus program paid in 2027 will be changing to be paid as a lump-sum payment in March of the following year rather than being part of your monthly Rx commission.
To check the pharmacy retention performance and confirm eligibility for this bonus, please check your monthly book of business Rx report sent alongside your monthly commission report.
