Over the past several months, we've listened carefully to your feedback and worked to create a more streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly experience. Today, we're proud to deliver a Broker Portal experience designed with your needs in mind.

The enhanced Broker Portal is built to help you work faster, find information more easily, and manage your business with greater confidence, all in one convenient place. Broker Portal key features and benefits include:
- Create and manage prospects directly, then generate quotes for medical, dental, and vision in one place
- Build group structures with default classes and select plan(s) directly
- Download quotes, rate sheets, plan comparisons, and benefit summaries, and email them to clients from within the system
- Coming soon: additional functionality to view your full book of business and conduct benefits changes at renewal
These enhancements are the direct result of feedback from brokers like you, and we're excited to put these new capabilities at your fingertips.
Please hold all renewal benefit changes until you receive communication instructing you to submit them through the Broker Portal. Group maintenance requests with a January 2027 effective date should be sent to your Account Sales Consultant for processing. Submitted files will be queued and processed during the applicable processing window.
Support Resources Available
Broker Quick Start Guides are now available to support your journey through the enhanced Broker Portal. These will be housed on the portal under New Group Paperwork and Renewal Group Paperwork. (Requires Login)
