In our October | Broker Update Vol. 21 No. 10 – 2027 annual rate notices article, we indicated that all Small Group Annual Rate Notices (ARNs) would be available for brokers through the enhanced Broker Portal. This information was incorrect, and we apologize for the confusion.
For 2027 renewals, Small Group ARNs will not be available through the enhanced Broker Portal.
Instead, brokers can view and manage Small Group renewal information directly within the portal using the new Manage Renewals feature.
To access renewal information:
- Log in to the enhanced Broker Portal.
- Select Manage Renewals.
- Search for and select your group.
- Review quote to verify current group information.
- Review recommended plans to view rates, benefit summaries and SBCs for renewal plans.
- Select shop for alternative plans to download renewal rate sheet and view additional plans, rates and summary documents as needed.
We recognize this is a change from previous years, when Small Group ARNs were distributed directly to brokers. The new renewal experience provides a centralized way to access and manage renewal information within the Broker Portal. - Small Group Medical, Small Group Medicare Supplement, and Small Group Medical HNY ARNs will be mailed to groups by the end of October.
- Small Group Dental, Small Group Vision, Small Group Medicare Advantage, and Small Group Simply Prescriptions ARNs will be mailed to groups by the end of November.
- Individual (on / off exchange) and Large Group Medicare Supplement ARNs will be mailed by the end of October.
- Large Group Medicare Advantage, Large Group Simply Prescriptions, and Individual Standalone Dental ARNs will be mailed by the end of November.
As in previous years, brokers supporting Individual (on / off exchange) and Large Group Medicare Supplement business can access ARNs for January 2027 renewals through Information Connection beginning in late October.
ARNs for Large Group Medicare Advantage, and Large Group Simply Prescription and Individual Standalone Dental business will be available through Information Connection beginning in late November.
