A content issue was identified on the first page of the 2027 Small Group Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents. Corrected SBC documents have been generated and have replaced the previous versions.
What you need to know
- Updated SBCs are now available through the Quick Quote / Manage Prospects function in the Broker Portal.
- The update is administrative in nature and does not affect plan benefits, coverage, or cost-sharing information.
What this means for you
If you have saved or downloaded 2027 Small Group SBCs, please replace them with the updated versions available in the Broker Portal.
If you notice differences between a previously distributed SBC and the updated version, please be aware that information included in error has been removed. No changes have been made to plan benefits, coverage details, or member cost-sharing amounts.
