Social Security Number Updates for Subscribers

Please remember, if you need to add or update a subscriber’s social security number for an existing enrollee, you must do it manually before it can be submitted on your electronic file (either eFile or ANSI834). Manual updates can be requested using the enrollment and billing support form on our website. This does not impact updates to dependent records.
