How do I get access to Online Billing?
- If you already have access to a group's enrollment, you will automatically get access to the group's billing under that same account. This includes groups in your umbrella account and individual group accounts.
- If you already have an online account, you can use the Add or Remove Group Numbers Request Form Add or Remove Group Numbers Request Form to add new groups to your account or add existing groups that were not automatically added to your account. Forms will be processed in 3-5 business days.
- If you are a new broker requiring access, please complete either the Online Enrollment & Billing Access Request Form Online Enrollment & Billing Access Request Form or the Online Billing Access Request Form Online Billing Access Request Form. Forms will be processed in 7-10 business days. You will first get an email that your enrollment account is ready, then an email notifying you that billing has been added to your account. (Please note that during open enrollment processing times are often taking up to the full 10 days.)
Will I be able to pull invoices for ALL of my groups and not just if the group is enrolled in Online Bill Pay?
Yes, you can access a group's billing information even if the group does not have billing access.
Can I pay premium bills on behalf of my groups?
No, you cannot pay premium bills on behalf of your groups. You will not have access to payment screens or your group’s banking information.
Are there specific browser and settings required to use Online Billing?
For best results, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. Please make sure you clear your history/cache prior to accessing the new tool.
