2023 Healthy New York Resources And Forms Are Here

The Healthy New York maximum wage has been increased to $47,750 and the Healthy New York (HNY) New Business form and HNY Recertification form have been updated.

Please use the new forms (linked below) moving forward to reflect the new wages. The cutoff for reviewing the old version of the form will be July 1, 2023.
