On June 1, 2023, we submitted the Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) report as required under Section 204 of Division BB, Title II of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), 2021. The submission included information for fully insured policies issued and for self-funded group health plans administered by Excellus Health Plan, Inc., including those carrying the Univera Healthcare brand.
If any clients contact you asking if the RxDC report has been filed, please let them know it was submitted within the timeline required. We will be sharing this information in the June Employer Newsletter next week.
