Univera Healthcare was set to begin requiring the Healthy NY (HNY) Recertification form and Supplemental form from all HNY groups upon renewal starting July 1, 2023.
We are postponing the requirement of the HNY Supplemental form at this time; however, all HNY groups will still need to complete the HNY Recertification form to renew coverage.
To help simplify the form submission process, we are starting work to integrate the two forms as opposed to having two separate forms to complete. We’ll update you on our progress in the coming months.
