Making It Easier To Reinstate & Update

With the click of a button, we’re making it easier for groups to track and view requests to reinstate health plan policies for their members.

Today on UniveraHealthcare.com, employers can go to the View/Update Policy tool to view or reinstate their members’ cancelled policies using the Reinstate Terminated Policy button. In the coming weeks, this button functionality will be updated to map to the Enrollment Inquiry & Support tool. With this update, employers who submit requests to reinstate will be able to track these requests with a case ID and status that is viewable on the user’s dashboard.

Note: This button only appears when viewing a cancelled subscriber’s policy within 30 days of termination. A policy can only be reinstated within 30 days of termination. If there is no Reinstate Terminated Policy button, groups will need to re-enroll the member in a new policy.

Please share this information with your groups. If you have questions, reach out to your account manager.
