Members can now see a summary of their benefits when they use our mobile app.
The most common benefits will be displayed at the top of the benefits screen and other benefits will appear below that in alphabetical order.
All benefits on the app are searchable.
In addition, when members click on a particular benefit (for instance, "Office Visit – PCP") the benefit details, including member cost shares for in-network and out-of-network benefits can be seen. If you have a group with domestic network cost sharing, the additional benefit tier will also be visible.

In order to access plan information from the app, members need to already have or create an online account if they haven’t done so already. Their member ID number (found on their Member Card) and a valid email address are required to get started.
