Our goal is always to provide you and your clients with the best, most complete and competitive proposal possible. With so many moving parts involved with each RFP, here are a few quick reminders to help make the process smooth and efficient for all:
- Allow for a minimum of 10-15 business days to submit our response to an RFP. This helps us carefully and thoughtfully provide customized responses for each client and/or new sales prospect, as well as provide all requested reports.
- Please include all necessary and complete proposal documents up front. This includes information such as claims files for repricing, complete data for an accurate provider disruption report or pharmacy disruption report, a complete census file for accurate medical and dental GeoAccess reports, as well as any additional components required for a complete response such as financial exhibits, financial data files, and forms to be signed. This will help us provide the most complete and accurate response by your requested submission deadline.
- Consider going digital! We're always happy to provide printed copies of responses if requested, but we encourage you to accept electronic-only submissions and reduce paper waste, whenever possible.
