December invoices will begin being issued on November 6, 2020. As a reminder, the December invoices will reflect a 20 percent refund of the medical billed premium for the month of April this year.
Please keep in mind the following:
- The amount credited does not include premium amounts if their account was administered through Lifetime Benefit Solutions. That credit will be handled separately.
- The monthly premium amounts for April were calculated using billing data as of August 31, 2020. It does not include any retroactivity for months outside of that time period. In general, this may not balance to the actual invoice for the month.
A letter was sent to all eligible groups in October. A sample of the message can be found below.
What About Commission?
Broker commissions will not be impacted by this refund. Please reach out to your account representative if you have any additional questions.
