Online Billing For Brokers Update

We will be launching Online Billing to all Brokers in early January. We will post an alert on our website when the tool is available.

If you currently have access to enrollment for a group, you will be given access to billing for that group under the same account.

Going forward, billing will be included with enrollment when setting up new accounts or adding new groups to your existing account.

With Online Billing you will be able to:

  • Access all your groups’ billing information under one login
  • View and download your groups’ invoices
  • View your groups’ complete payment history
  • Check if your group is enrolled in automatic payments

Note: While you will have access to view group information, brokers will not be able to make a payment on behalf of a group nor will you be able to update payment methods or automatic payment information.
