Lauren Geraci is our new concierge specialist and she is our expert liaison supporting our groups, brokers and internal account teams. She enters this role with a wealth of experience in account service and is dedicated to our sales team by providing customized and personalized support.
Lauren grew up in the Southtowns and embraces everything Buffalo—including of course, our beloved Buffalo Bills. She’s proud to be a part of Univera Healthcare and is happy to be a dedicated resource to our sales team, brokers and groups.
