On December 23, 2022, we submitted the Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) report as required under Section 204 of Division BB, Title II of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), 2021. The submission included information for fully insured policies issued and for self-funded group health plans administered by Univera Healthcare. Report “D1 – Premium and Life years” will be resubmitted prior to the January 31 deadline to include additional data that was received from some self-funded plans after December 23, 2022.
