Revised Waiting Period Policy

We understand that employers may be looking for ways to position themselves more competitively in the current hiring environment. Health insurance is often a key component of employee benefit packages.

From now until January 1, 2022, employers may change their new hire waiting period policies outside of the once per year update that is normally permitted.
